2004

December 2004

Holiday greetings from our family to yours.

As another year approaches its completion, we are reminded of what a blessing our family and friends are. With this letter we want to share with you some of the abundance of God's love which we have experienced in 2004. We hope to hear from you about the blessings of the Lord at your house.

Our most precious gift of the year is our first grandchild. Corbin Moses was born on 9 November in Dallas. He is a nice benefit of our growing older.

Michael's clinical practice in Fort Smith continues to grow. He keeps busy with his duties as an elder for West-Ark Church of Christ. Michael led his 14th medical mission team to Guyana, South America, in June. Collecting genealogical data on living and dead relatives is still his favorite pastime.

Jeannie is involved with Arkansas PTA and continues to serve on the Fort Smith school board. Her duties took her to Washington DC, Orlando, and Houston. Come see our new kitchen. The remodeling kept Jeannie occupied for much of the year. She was selected for the year-long Leadership Fort Smith program which began in the Summer.

Since January we have been co-facilitating a weekly Sunday school class on "Prayerfully Practicing Proverbs" for young married couples. Last Spring we participated in an 8-week, intensive marriage enrichment class.

Greg and Angelique live near Dallas, where Greg is a medical student. Angelique has been serving as a children's minister and webmaster at Preston Road Church of Christ. They are now the wonderful parents of a baby boy, our very special gift.

Steven and Louise completed their studies at Harding University when Steven earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in June. They are now post-graduate students at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Steven is writing software for the Biology Department and selling computers at the University Bookstore. Louise teaches beginners' Spanish at U of A.

This is our 22nd annual newletter. You can read all our past letters now on our website at--

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
