Dear Mom and Dad,

I hope the enclosed videotape is enjoyable. The beginning is a tape I made for the new doctor. This is followed with Angelique's kindergarten graduation. I am sure you will enjoy seeing it. She seems so much bigger. After this comes film of Pompei and Mt. Vesuvius which we made while Bill and Diane were here. The ending shows part of Jason Sigle's birthday party at Carney Park this past Saturday.

It has really gotten hot here. It is much hotter than last summer. Jeannie and the kids are going to swim classes every day. This is a problem with only one car.

Two new family physicians arrived last Wednesday. We are sponsoring the single female. This means we are to take care of her until she gets settled. She went to church with us yesterday.

I finally got that dinosaur book last week. Who do I owe the money to, you or Joan? I forgot. Thank you very much, by the way.

Angelique is looking forward to her birthday. She is having a few girls over to spend the night. She has gotten several presents in the mail.

We got a package today from the Woollys with some things we asked them to send.

Steven is already wanting his birthday to come. He is looking forward to your coming for it.

We had a "block party" last night. We blocked off the street and everyone had a picnic in the street. It was fun. The landlords didn't come, though. The kids had fun playing on bikes in the street.

I enjoyed talking to you on the phone this past Saturday morning.

Jeannie and I are planning on going to Rome on our anniversary. The kids will stay with Faye. John is gone to Germany to a course for 5 1/2 weeks.

Angelique said she has learned to make a rabbit trap. But she hasn't caught anything yet. She only uses a shoebox.

Well, I can't think of anything else to tell you about. Hurry and come see us.

Love you lots,

Michael, Jeannie,
Angelique, and Steven
